Three of my Favorite things to do: cook, eat, and look for new recipes to try! I grew up with a mother that was a great cook and have loved carrying that tradition over into my own home. Corn cakes
I'm a corn lover, and I'd been eyeballing this recipe for a while.
It was simple and delicious! The basil added that savory taste that changed the whole meal to the perfect dinner.
